CastClan started with a simple frustration: millions of people listening to the same podcasts, but no way to find each other.
The origin story
Podcasts are one of the most intimate media formats ever created. You spend hours with hosts, guests, and ideas — often feeling like you're part of something. But when the episode ends, you're alone again.
We built CastClan because we kept having the same experience: finishing an episode of Hardcore History or 99% Invisible and desperately wanting to talk about it with someone who actually listened. Reddit threads helped, but they weren't local. Twitter helped, but it wasn't focused.
CastClan is the missing layer — the place where podcast audiences become real communities, and where listening together becomes living together.
